บริษัท อีทเฟิร์ส จำกัด ("บริษัท") ให้ความสำคัญต่อการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
1. ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวม
บริษัทเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ท่านกรอกในแบบฟอร์มนี้ ได้แก่ เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี ชื่อบุคคลหรือชื่อนิติบุคคล ที่อยู่ รหัสไปรษณีย์ เบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือ (หากให้ไว้) อีเมล และรูปภาพหรือไฟล์ใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษีอย่างย่อ
2. วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล
บริษัทใช้ข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น
- ออกใบกำกับภาษีเต็มรูปแบบให้แก่ท่าน
- ปฏิบัติตามภาระหน้าที่ทางกฎหมายด้านภาษีอากรและการบัญชีตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้บุคคลที่สาม
เพื่อดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น บริษัทอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลที่สามที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านการเงินและบัญชี ดังนี้
- Flow Account — ซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีที่บริษัทใช้สำหรับการออกและจัดเก็บใบกำกับภาษี
- บริษัทผู้สอบบัญชีและที่ปรึกษาการเงินของบริษัท
บุคคลดังกล่าวมีพันธะรักษาความลับและจะใช้ข้อมูลของท่านเฉพาะตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดเท่านั้น บริษัทจะไม่ขายหรือนำข้อมูลของท่านไปใช้เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาด
4. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล
บริษัทเก็บรักษาข้อมูลของท่านตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนดสำหรับเอกสารทางภาษีและบัญชี (โดยทั่วไปไม่เกิน 5 ปีนับจากวันที่ออกใบกำกับภาษี)
5. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ท่านมีสิทธิตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ดังนี้
- สิทธิในการเข้าถึงและรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
- สิทธิในการขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ครบถ้วน
- สิทธิในการขอลบหรือระงับการใช้ข้อมูล (เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต)
- สิทธิในการถอนความยินยอม (ซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้บริษัทไม่สามารถออกใบกำกับภาษีให้ท่านได้)

Eat First Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Data We Collect
We collect the information you submit in this form: Tax Identification Number, personal or company name, address and postal code, mobile number (if provided), email address, and a photo or file of your receipt / abbreviated tax invoice.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely for the following purposes:
- To issue a full tax invoice on your behalf
- To fulfil our legal obligations under Thai tax and accounting laws
3. Sharing with Third Parties
To carry out the above purposes, we may share your data with the following finance-related third parties:
- Flow Account — the accounting software we use to generate and store tax invoices
- Our external accounting firm and financial advisers
These parties are bound by confidentiality and may only use your data for the stated purpose. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
4. Retention
We retain your data for the period required by Thai tax and accounting regulations (generally up to 5 years from the date the invoice is issued).
5. Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure or restriction of processing (where permitted by law)
- Withdraw your consent (which may mean we are unable to issue your tax invoice)
